Prédio bom e localização boa, apartamento péssimo.
Tudo de péssima de qualidade: 1) privada entupida e com pouca força de água e mal cheiro; 2) cama/colchão duros como pedra, na verdade não é um colchão. 3) sofá e todos os móveis dos mais baratos, duro com uma madeira no estofado que impossibilita sentar 4) nada funcional nenhum utensílio de cozinha os que tem de pessima qualidade 5)atendimento via whatsapp demorado e sem educação 6) todos os moveis dos mais baratos possíveis nao condiz com o predio
