Foi ótimo a minha estadia no apartamento, tudo bem limpo ,só a garagem que é rotativa ,mas com tudo foi bem localizado o prédio fácil acesso ,um cheirinho gostoso no apartamento, com certeza voltarei .
Amei a vista do mar da janela ,e a cozinha equipada.

Localização, limpeza, e o estado do apartamento, contaba com tudo o necessario para cozinha, cozinha otima, banheiro otimo, internet, nos sentimos muito bem meus filhos e eu.
A área social esta destroida, completamente e não parece que estem reformando, o estacionamento está bom, e coberto, consegui vaga de forma fácil e simples,
