Me gustó todo, solo un detalle sobre el segundo huesped. Se solicita por obligación tener nombre de segundo huésped en habitación el primer día. Debemos tener la oportunidad de hacer cambio debido a quizás el segundo huésped no llegue el primer día y pueda darle la oportunidad a otro familiar quedarse en la habitación después que entregue todos sus documentos de identidad.

This is a good hotel in a great location and the staff are excellent. If you are intending on bringing in guests then this is nt the hotel for you.

The property offers incredible value with its unbeatable location in the middle of the touristic zone in el Poblado. The proximity to Provenza, restaurants and bars makes it easy to explore nearby shops and attractions at the same time you feel safe. The staff is welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the night front desk staff. I had a confirmed reservation for two people, and despite clearly showing him my confirmation that stated it was booked for two, he repeatedly argued with me and accused me of lying. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue professionally, he was rude, dismissive, and confrontational.
It felt less like a misunderstanding and more like an attempt to create a problem to charge extra money. The customer service was awful and completely unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel.
The hotel itself was very subpar. The room and overall condition did not match the price or expectations. The only positive thing I can say is that the location was decent, but that alone does not make up for the poor service and overall experience.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values basic respect and honest customer service.
