The unit is well equipped from kitchen to bathroom to laundry. It's cozy and comfortable, quiet neighborhood, easily accessible from subway, buses and main road with a convenient store nearby. Local market and supermarkets are all within walking distance.

Please note that the following remarks don't jeopardize the overall experience of my sojourn; it's written just for the record: 1. The infrared stove top was already tainted with stains from previous tenants, 2. The bathroom sink has already some crack marks on it, 3. The floorboards in front of the kitchen sink are already marked with hairline scratches on them.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house itself is pretty clean and nice. And the location has everything you need around.

The only area that is close is hongdae, for any other area you need to take a bus or a train from at least an hour.

When we came in initially, the apartment was cute but quite small. it was decently clean but i noticed some water damage around the space. The location was pretty good for the price considering the time of year and i think they really tried to make the space functional

The bathroom was extremely small, the showers in the sink basically. 2 days in and the bathroom floor flooded, stand where the water was coming from there was even some time from the floor in the living room because I know it’s underneath the carpet. The same thing happened to the bathroom of next door’s apartment. Before you know it, the corridor outside to the apartment was flooded as well. It was just a mess and it stunk. I asked them to clean the apartment whilst we’re out but i do feel we should have been compensated one night. Because the whole process took around 7 to 10 hours. From realising the bathroom is flooded at 10am when we got in to getting a man to fix the issue. And appeared that this happens upon research of basement apartments. I was a little bit disappointed because the apartment to clean when we got back. however, I bought I’d like to mention that they let us check out quietly as they didn’t have a booking for the next day which was extremely useful and much appreciated.
