Perfect location and facilities led to a great stay for a family break

**NOT FOR PUBLIC POSTING. FOR OWNERS ATTENTION ONLY** Upon arrival, the bathroom sink was dirty with toothpaste indicating it hadn’t been cleaned since occupied previously. Bed sheet on double bed had numerous pieces of dark fluff all over it. An empty drinks bottle was found under one of the sofas. Fire hadn’t been cleaned out properly and emitted an awful lot of smoke when it was lit when the door was opened to stock it up. Not sure if the flue needed cleaning but living room became filled with smoke very quickly

Blinds in living area where the sofa bed could do with replacing to black out so you are not woken at dawn.

Good location within walking distance to Downings village. Clean and tidy well decorated for a beach side retreat Beautiful views over the beach and over to Shandon Hotel Quiet and safe area

Parking would b tight in busy season. The other properties located beside us were empty so no issue for me but would expect during summer it could get tight for parking space No ordinary tv channels such as rte, bbc only satellite such as Netflix etc No microwave which is useful for heating up food For those with mobility issues there is about 10 steps to get up to the apartment so may not be suitable
