Un apartament spațios, confortabil, curat, utilat. Acces la etaj cu liftul, aproape de magazine alimentare si de nodul pentru transport Westbahnhof cu acces la metrou U3 si tren. Tramvaiul circula in apropiere. Poziționare foarte buna pentru legatura cu zonele turistice.

The location was great, very close to the Westbahnhof, and right on the famous Mariahilferstrasse, one of the shopping streets in Vienna. Tram, buses and metro are all very close to the apartment, so we could reach the old city in aout 15 minutes. There are TONS of grocery stores around. The place was clean. There were multiple windows which allowed plenty of ventilation and natural light. The kitchen had most everything we needed, except a blender and a grater, and the one knife in there was super sharp! The washing machine was new and worked very well. The wifi worked well. There is an elevator to access the upper floors. The building seems to be a combination of residencial and rental units. The place was quiet and we sometimes bumped into people coming in and out of the building. The entrance of the building may seem unappealing and not very polished, but passing that, it is just fine. It is an old building. Hosts were responsive and instructions for check in and access made things very smooth.

The bedrooms don't have windows, except a small opening above the door. Not a complaint, but we found the layout of the place a bit odd. It may not have originally been a regular apartment? Also the orientation of the inside of the toilet bowl was quite a weird/new experience—nothing bad, just strange :D

Sehr schoenes, sauberes, geraeumiges und helles Apartment in einem Wiener Altbauhaus im aufstrebenden 15. Bezirk. Die Lage zur Wiener Top-Einkaufsstrasse Mariahilferstrasse ist sehr bequem und schnell mit den oeffentlichen Linien oder auch fusslaeufig zu erreichen. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in der Naehe, sowie tolle Cafes und Restaurants. Absolut unkomplizierte, freundliche und gut erreichbare Gastgeber mit schneller Hilfe. Wir wuerden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Fuer das Parken empfehle ich die in ca. 10 Minuten per Fuss erreichbare repark-Garage in der Diefenbachgasse 35, da ja Wien generell Kurzparkzone ist.

A környék nem túl szép, de közel van a belvároshoz.

Melegvíz nem megfelelően ellátott. Több ember egymás után nem tud eltusolni. Tusoló ajtó nagyon keskeny! Nagyobb testű ember nem tud bemenni.
