Inte så mycket restauranger i området.

ご飯はどれも美味しくて景色も最高でした。 幼い子供も大喜びでした！

建物が年期が入っていました！ 良く言えば味があるという感じでした。

お部屋が広くゆっくりできました！

車いす利用者が同伴していた為、所々の段差が大変でした。でも、スタッフの方は段差解消のスロープを出してくれたり色々と気を配ってくださいました。

Nice environment and friendly staff.

Dinner is a disaster. It was not acceptable in terms of quantity and quality. We booked it as a hotel package with meals plan with booking.com and it was pre-set. We cannot change the content. I have been to many hot spring hotels in Japan, never seen a hotel offer such small amount of food when we chose stay with meals plan. Apart from those tiny dishes for appetizers, I only had a steam egg, a small sashimi salad, 3 pieces of stamp size beef and then rice and dessert. The rice is so called steam sushi, hot vinegar rice with some fish which tastes really strange. The staff also have no idea to serve drinks. They did not arrange for drinks before the dinner started, not even offer us a glass of water but suggested us to start eating. When we eventually can order drinks using the QR code, it took a long time for them to serve. By the end of dinner, no hot tea was served which is rare in Japan. I think a hotel needs to control the budget but needs to provide something reasonable. After dinner, my whole team went to the convenient store nearby to buy cup noodles.
