    Location is good, along the main road of Hirafu. That is why one of the bedrooms is very noisy - you can hear traffic from the main road, as if cars are running over your head when sleeping. The walls of the property is super thin. You can hear noises and sound made by your neighbour, as the 5 houses are all connected through the thin walls. Unfortunately, my neighbours were some inconsiderate ones - they fought and argued at 1am to 2am in the morning (NIGHTMARE) and could hear them drunk almost every night. If you want a peaceful vacation, avoid Minn House. The property does not have quiet hours, so it will fit those who want partying the whole day. Amenities are good though and the property is cleaned well. The so-called cloud customer service is quite a joke. You are talking to someone from Thailand, who doesn't know the property much. They are friendly though.

    Everything was great in the house except internet service was down during our 3D2N stay. Contact customer service via Agoda messaging received no response.

    House equipped with updated stuffs, 10 minutes walk to 7-11 or Lawson/Niseko Adventure Centre. 2 storeys house with 2 bdrms(2 single bed each) on ground floor, open kitchen and hall with 2 sofabed on upper floor. Great view to street with floor to ceiling glass, downside is no shade nor curtain.

    Stayed for one night. Pros: great location, comfortable beds, perfect amenities for a few nights in Niseko. Cons: the walls are thin so bring earplugs if you're trying to get early starts.
