It was clean
The living room was having balcony door instead of entrance door, and since it was freezing outside. When door opened living room was quickly cold. But heating heated up again.

Evidentně krátce po rekonstrukci, vše nové stylově vybavené. Blízko jezera. Vstup z terasy přímo do apartmánu.
Parkování by mohlo mít k dispozici možnost nabíjení EV, stačila by i venkovní zásuvka na 230V.
