Pool, strategic location around masai area and super friendly host. Extra pillow
The price could be lower because there is no room just a studio style homestay. The floor depot style is worn out and need to be refurbished.

Easy communication, nice view, lots of shops and restaurants around
You could barely see the view, as the windows were very dirty, rest of food under the bed, general feel was that the place was not cleaned properly. Some new towels would be nice too. After a proper cleanup, its has good potential
