The view from the apartment was as amazing as the apartment itself! So comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious and with a sunny balcony were we had our breakfast every morning! We got an apartment that perfectly suited our needs like, air conditioning and all necessary kitchen appliances. The host was super accommodating and Maria, the concierge that welcomed us, was such an attentive and nice lady to talk to. The only downside was that the apartment is relatively far from the beach if you don’t have a car, but the view during the day and night definitely make up for it! 10/10.

There were a few nooks to be attentive to while cleaning, like behind the matresses, but other than that, the apartment was spotless! I didn’t get to spot any kitchen towels but having one or two would be handy if one plans on cooking like our group did. Also, a bit of a warning to anyone with mobility issues, even though there is an elevator, there is a bit of a walk from the garage to the apartment, and even from the front doors.

Perfect location , 0.5Km from downtown , the beach and good traditional restaurants. Our apartment had stunning /unobstructed views of the city and ocean front (180 degrees) . Nice large pool to relax. Very clean place, nice decorations and very spacious. My favorite was the porches-varandas. So roomy for the 4 of us and very comfy furniture and even exercised on the porch-varanda.

#1The gym was super hot , like a sauna. No one can workout there. It could be a nice workout place if we can resolve this. #2 The signage for the halls and elevators are confusing and needs improving. All the doors to the elevators and halls are gray so hard to known what's behind them :-) That's why I took 4-flights of stairs from the lobby to my apartment ....plus I got a bit of exercise for it :-) (LOL) .... Both of these issues are minor and coul;d be easily resolved within a little time...Not a deal breaker.
