Huoneisto oli siisti ja tilava. Varaukseen kuului myös autopaikka, mikä oli hienoa, vaikka autopaikka olikin hieman hankalassa paikassa eikä välttämättä sovellu kaikkein isoimmille autoille.
Kylpyhuone ja eteinen olivat pimeitä. Valaistus oli huono. Tämän vuoksi esimerkiksi meikkaaminen oli haastavaa. Huoneistossa olisi myös voinut olla ainakin yks kunnon vartalopeili. Lisäksi huomasin, että pyykinpesukoneen virtajohto oli kiinni pistorasiassa. Tämä on turvallisuusriski, kun suihkua käytetään. Onneksi huomasin sen ensimmäisenä iltana ennen kuin kukaan ehti käyttää suihkua. Avainten hakua varten saimme eri viesteissä kaksi eri osoitetta, minkä vuoksi päädyimme ajamaan ympäri Oulua etsiessämme oikee paikkaa.
