Clean, all the things that you need, beautiful garden, very quiet place, perfect for couple

The house was moder, pretty clean with a few minor missed spots, comfy bed, closed windows isolate from the noise pretty well

Rooms had motion detectors, that for some reason always shined blue light when you move, not a lot, but enought to disturb you if you walk at night to the bathroom Bathroom and bedroom doors constantly bang to each other, no easy was around it The pictures doesn't include the image from the house towards the little patch of grass. This would show that behind it there is a pretty busy street with many cars even at 11pm, so spending time in the little backyard is not really fun. Also the neighbors are separated only by a see through fence around 60-70cm height, so there is little privacy. The picture is made using fish eye, so backgarden looks much larger than it really is. There is a fan that circulates air from the outside to the inside, it is in the living room, where one of us was sleeping, really noisy, had to turn it off. The only other option is to open windows, but like i said, there is a busy noisy street next to us, so no good options. Bedroom was okish. You need around 30min to walk to the beach, so pretty far and the road is not walking friendly, car was the only option for us. You will share the same entrance with another family that lives on the second floor of the same building, you will hear flushing and possibly a bit of noise from them - just regular living sounds, nothing extreme, but still. Generally, seems like a new,.but not well thought off property.
