Clean and appeared freshly constructed on the inside with very functional layout.

Parking is an issue with small and limited spaces. Trash dumpsters filled too quickly….need for larger receptacles. Outside area and around pool could use some TLC.

Updated, clean, cute, railings and style was darling! Comfy beds.

Needed bigger hot water heater for sure! Only one person can wash their hair without running out. Needed window coverings on upstairs. Needed salt and pepper. At least. :) We booked for a week, at least give us two rolls of toilet paper as a courtesy. I know it says not beach towels provided. But traveling that’s a lot of extra weight - Then buying them you don’t have room to take home. Get beach towels - do a $40 deposit and make sure they are left there. No shelf in the downstairs shower - hard. Get something for the shower head. Up stairs needs a counter or little cabinets for toothbrush and toiletries. Couldn’t use upstairs ceiling fan. It was way too wobbly, and loud and unusable, Needed fan with heat from uncovered window in the morning - And also the fan in the downstairs bathroom was very loud, we just thought it was that way. It quit working this morning altogether! The rest was good. Darling place and comfy. A little loud at night - wasn’t sure if the area but we were safe. Over all it was a good stay.
