Lorena Studio conforto e lazer

The staff were super helpful and very accomodating and caring. The facilities were fantastic and the location is great, and more on the quiet side of São Paulo (which was what I wanted). 24h carrefour nearby, really was convenient. Beautiful view of the city. I also loved their security system (2 facial recognitions before reaching the lifts) and a passcode to each room instead of key cards. I felt safe at all times. The space is smartly used and loved that they had an air fryer in the room! Honestly it was overall a great venue to spend my holodays at.

I wish they did more pest control to the building, I had ants issue on thr 10th floor and had to buy ants poison from carrefour to get it under control. The washer/dryer machines are a little on the expensive side and only work through an app/online payment which was a bit inconvenient for me as I had cash and didnt want to use any card during my travels (but i understand that that's a personal preference)

A anfitriã é super atenciosa e responde rápido!

Apenas faltou secador !
