Host, location is the best you can get (all the most expencive hotels are all around you), patio, parking,... Apartment is in basment, but when you step out - you are on the beach, so no big deal at all.
I would love to have Wi-Fi in patio - there is no wi-fi signal in patio, but for Europians (with no roaming) it does not metter.
