The apartment has everything we need. Location: close to everything shops, restaurants, and beach. It is literally just above the the Spar supermarket. 10/10 Bed: It is comfortable enough 8/10 Toilet and shower: clean and modern, shower has good pressure. They even have washing machine and hair dryer. 10/10 Kitchen: complete utensils 10/10 Living room: spacious and comfortable the AC is working well. 10/10 Balcony: it is a bit small but it didn't even bother us, we are always outside anyway 8/10 Overall: We are very satisfied guest Eri is very helpful host too. If we will be back in Durres. This is our top choice!!

The host is very responsive and friendly. There were a few issues with the water (due to a neighboring property fire damaging the power lines, which affected the generator for the building), but she was on top of it, providing extra water and updates. She also allowed us to store our bags in the apartment a few hours past check out, which was really helpful. The area is very walkable and the beach boardwalk is very close. We spent time there every day.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe. Durch die Schallisolierung der Fenster wurde das Geräusch der Straße gedämpft.
