IoTele Minami Aoyama Residence

Property is in the most amazing location close to great shops, boutiques and trendy cafes and restaurants. Lift was very handy for our baggage. Property was very clean and a lovely view from the balcony. Had all the facilities and amenities that we needed like umbrellas, toiletries, cutlery and even a smart system throughout the home. Property managers were also great, very responsive to our questions and happy to organise airport transfers. Overall an excellent stay, my family loved staying here so much.

During heavy rain (ie during typhoon season) it set off a beeping noise on the front door panel which was annoying but owners responded and tried to fix very quickly as soon as I raised the issue.

We were a family of 6 visiting Tokyo (7 days) for the latter half of a 16 day trip. Our stay at IoTele Minami Aoyama Residence was perfect as the residence was in immaculate condition. The entire home was perfect for our large family and extremely well maintained and clean. The elevator that went to all the floors was very convenient and made it very easy to go up and down the floors after a long day. The refrigerator and kitchen also had food and drinks stocked as a courtesy that was very much appreciated. The owner was also very responsive and helpful to our questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

There wasn't anything we did not like about this home. It was a great value for our large family and provided all the amenities we needed that you can't get at a hotel.
