Posto bellissimo a pochi minuti dal centro di Sperlonga e dalle spiagge. Pulizia impeccabile, proprietari simpatici e molto disponibili. Colazione con ottimi prodotti. La dépendance dove abbiamo soggiornato era molto suggestiva, tutto curato nei dettagli. Peccato averci dormito solo una notte... Torneremo!

After checking in and taken to the accommodation, we decided not to stay.
The air conditioning was not good and room was red hot, it was exceptionally hot weather that week so needed air conditioning to be cold.
The room was clean and the lady on reception was friendly and polite but it was not for us.
Air conditioning not very good, no toilet paper in the bathroom ( maybe overlooked as the bathroom had been cleaned ) the fridge just seemed to be an electric cool box, the location .
We knew and accepted that we would not be refunded, which was fine but we had paid €21 in cash for tourist tax on check in, this was not refunded ? Then had to pay it again at the alternative hotel we booked and moved on to later.
