Urban Alley Apartment

Alles was aanwezig en het zag eruit als nieuw. Mooie ruime badkamer. Een keuken met voorraad thee en koffiecups. Goede bedden. Dichtbij een grote winkelstraat.

Het was er erg warm, maar gelukkig een blower aanwezig. En een airco die ook uitkomst bood.

The apartment is new and impeccably clean. The furnishings are all extremely modern and tasteful. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable for eat for 3 people. The apartment is a 4 minute walk from a shopping high street with plenty of shops including supermarkets for food. (This is the same location as the parking.) The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Vienna metro and the walk there always seemed safe - as did the neighbourhood in general. We walked to the Schoenbraun palace from the appartment (25 minutes). The bonus discovery was the Kosmos cafe down the street which does fantastic food and as a very warm local feel. The apartment is a create point for visiting Vienna. Comfortable sleeping and the parking is great (you just drop off the car).

The instructions for getting into the car park, although detailed in reality were not the easiest to follow. In particular, it took us about 10 minutes to figure out where to pass the parking badge - as the badge reader is not a typical looking badge reader. But once that was done, the parking was perfect. Also the apartment was created in a renovated shop - so it can feel a bit claustrophobic (the windows are directly onto the street as is the front door, there is no outdoor sitting area and the kitchen does not have a window.

Sehr gute Lage, keine 50 m zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, zwei Buslinien zur Auswahl, die mindestens alle 10 min fahren. 2 Stationen zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station, ebenfalls mit sehr hoher Taktung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten damit problemlos erreichbar. (Die WienMobil App sei hier zu empfehlen). Restaurants, Imbisse und mehrere Supermärkte zu Fuß erreichbar, wenige Schritte zur Fußgängerzone. Parkhaus ebenfalls in 5 min erreichbar, aber wir haben unser Auto in den 7 Tagen nicht genutzt. Apartment sehr sauber, für 2 Personen mit Kind optimal geeignet. Im Apartment alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird.

Ein bisschen mehr Geschirr wäre toll gewesen, so ist die Spülmaschine immer halb leer gelaufen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts nennenswert negatives.
