Die Lage Hauses ist sehr gut, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rhein. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Eigentümern empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Ein Discounter ist fußläufig sehr schnell erreichbar, hier kann man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommen.

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende im Ferienhaus Schmidt. Es ist ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit kleinem Garten, 100 m vom Rheinufer entfernt und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Koblenz zu besichtigen. Sehr nette, gastfreundliche Vermieter, die gleich nebenan wohnen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Familie Schmidt für die angenehmen Tage.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Lage zum Rhein und dem Spielplatz waren perfekt.
