Enjoy the beachy soft colors throughout the house.
Margaritaville offers 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds.
There are NO sleeper sofas in the BRs as AI keeps changing my description.
The living room has 2 Queen size sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses.
Margaritaville has a heated saltwater pool (your skin and hair will love it). The pool is kept at 88-90 degrees in the cooler months (mid Oct.- mid April) as long as guests put the cover on when not in use.
Enjoy the screened Lanai while relaxing with your morning coffee or while watching the pool or TV. There is seating for six plus an additional 4 at the outside table. The screened porch overlooks the wonderfully landscaped tropical backyard.
Plenty of counter space on the new granite countertops and white shaker cabinets in the kitchen. There is plenty of storage for your food items in the pantry cabinet. Margaritaville also offers a large refrigerator with ice and water in the door plus a double oven for those who love to cook. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils and dishes.
Beautiful Clearwater Beach is approx. a 4 1/2 minute walk. Enjoy the North end of Clearwater Beach in this residential area. Margaritaville Pool Home is located at 918 Lantana Ave., Clearwater Beach Fl 33767. This is a licensed weekly rental with the City of Clearwater.

St. Pete beach is approx. an hour drive away.
Damage Assurance is included in the cleaning fee (HOST or Owner Fees on VRBO breakdown) for up to $3000 of unintentional damage to the home.
Homes that are booked more than 7 nights will require a $500 per 7 nights booked deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. This will not show in the quote.
Save $$$$$$ by paying your FINAL PAYMENT by check if booking through Clearwater Beach fun vacation rentals. Email Dana for details. Returned checks will be charged $50.
There is a camera on the Southside fenced area which guests have no access to. This records the Southside of the house only. There is a camera on the front of the house. There are NO cameras on the back area of the house including the pool and grassed area.
We do NOT allow any animals on the property or inside the house. You will be charged up to an additional $3000 for bringing/allowing an animal onto/inside the house or property.
This is due to being unable to rent to the next guest with possible allergies. We can recommend animal friendly properties.

The host Dana was very welcoming and was always there to respond asap to any questions we had and helped in any way she could. The holiday home is beautiful and from the moment we walked in it felt like home. All the amenities are there and the heated pool is so lovely. The beach is in walking distance and bars and restaurants are about 15 minutes walking either past the lovely villas or strolling along the beach bare foot in the soft white sand. We had the best vacation and we do plan to definitely return. What a fab vacation in Clearwater a great memory. ThanksMichelle
