Perfectly located centrally on Noosa Parade with a sunny northerly aspect, right on Noosa River, this laid back and immaculately presented beach house is ideal for relaxing and taking in all that Noosa has to offer.
An inviting open lounge and dining room looks out over the swimming pool, grassed back yard and river. (The pool safety fencing runs the breadth of the back of the property, fencing off the pool and river from the house.)
If dining in you'll love the modern and up to date kitchen which is well stocked and spacious, featuring modern amenities and quality crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. Dine alfresco fully under cover or indoors . The lounge features a smart TV, Apple TV and Sonos Audio system and all bedrooms have their own separate TV.
All three bedrooms are air conditioned, with two master bedrooms featuring beautiful ensuites; The third bedroom has a large family bathroom immediately adjacent.
Kids can play in the pool or on the grassed back yard. Fish from your own jetty.
A large double car port is privately fenced off from the street behind an automatic security gate.

The house and location were amazing. We spent 90% of our time out on in the pool, could not have asked for a better spot to celebrate Christmas.

Thank you so much for our recent incredible stay at Salty Stays. We absolutely loved the extra touches at the property. The location was simply divine and all our needs were met. Best holiday ever. Marion and Craig were amazingly communicative at all times and the house reflected their attention to detail. Perfect relaxing fun experience
