We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better experience. Cari was wonderful. She was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process. Every question was answered promptly and with genuine care. It made the whole trip stress free and enjoyable. The property was great and in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a fun welcoming experience to C

My wife and I have stayed at this property several times: before our daughter’s wedding, just ahead of our grandson’s birth, and most recently for a full month while we cared for him as our daughter returned to work.The home is exactly as advertised—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and very safe (gated and well lit). The young couple who live up front are wonderful: friendly, responsive, and consistently helpful. Their two pups are rarely out, but when they are, they’re sweet and well behaved.The location is terrific. Toluca Lake’s grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Tujunga Village is just a few minutes away, and in all our stays we’ve never waited more than five minutes for an Uber. Deliveries have always been seamless.While caring for our five-month-old grandson, we took several stroller walks each day around the block. At the end of the street, a Porsche garage keeps its bay doors open, the mechanic quick with a wave. Across from it sits a charming independent bookstore—so cinematic that a film crew shot there during our stay. Around the corner, 3 or 4 elders gather outside a small cigar shop, giving the area a friendly, watched-over feel.We’ve enjoyed many nearby meals, but Twin Castle—a beloved local donut and burger shop—may be our sentimental favorite. Cecilia couldn’t be sweeter.As you can tell, this isn’t just a review. Over the past couple of years, this home has become part of our family’s story.

Easy check in and out. Rental was clean and in a great area. We had some parking issues but Cari handled it right away. We would recommend this rental.
