About this house rental
Ollie's is one of the best rental properties in Talbingo and has been listed as a holiday rental with Stayz since 2011.
Fully renovated throughout.
Situated in the centre of town it is walking distance to the golf club, tennis courts, shops and parks and pump track.
Telstra is the most reliable service provider in the area. If you are with another provider, you may not have service.
Starlink unlimited internet.
The 3 bedroom home sleeps 7 and is a comfortable stay for the whole family. Has 2 toilets.
ALL LINEN SUPPLIED.
There are reverse cycle air-conditioners in each bedroom and the loungeroom as well as ceiling fans. For those colder months, there is a wood heater in the loungeroom and firewood is provided. Also split systems in each room.
Two smart TV's in the house.
Each room has a TV and there are 2DVD players with over 50 assortment of DVD's supplied. Board games including Family Feud, Uno, are also provided, along with an assortment of books by Danielle Steel, Nora Roberts, Fiona McCallum and Dan Brown.
The home has a newly renovated bathroom and also hosts a second separate toilet.
Laundry renovated with brand new front load washing machine and new dryer.
Brand new kitchen with a pod coffee machine, slow cooker, rice cooker, sandwich maker and air fryer.

Things to See and Do
This small country town on the north-western edge of the Snowy Mountains is 42 km from Tumut. The old town of Talbingo lies under the waters of Jounama Pond, one of the waterways created by the Snowy Mountains Hydro-electric Scheme.
Sugar Pine walk south of Batlow. Sorry burnt down on 2019 fires.
There are plenty of outdoor activities to do around Talbingo. Yarrangobilly Caves are nearby, on the Snowy Mountains Highway. Don't miss the spectacular limestone formations in the South Glory, Jersey and Jillabenan caves. Inspect Tumut Power Station, go trout-fishing in nearby streams and rivers and bushwalking in state forests. You can even enjoy a good soak in the Glory Hole thermal pool at Yarrangobilly Caves

Overall accommodation was in a great central location and that meant that we could easily experience snow as well as only being 30mins from the town of Tumut.
There was a few things that were disappointing
Wi-Fi was one as it didn’t really work, the internet would cut out at 7am and then that made sending or receiving message difficult to non-existent. This impacted work emails and calls that were delayed.
Also as the internet was extremely slow when we did get internet we couldn’t connect to the tvs even know they were stated to be smart tvs.
Apart from those issues this was a great, clean and welcoming home.
