When you need the ebb and flow of your life to slow down, let this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath plus a loft, home in the Village of Stump Sound take your stress out with the tide. This unique home located on a quiet cul-de-sac offers private balconies with ocean views, screen porch, upstairs loft area and large flat screen TVs are just a few perks. A quiet neighborhood that offers access to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and boat launch (kayaks/SUPs only) to make your vacation extra special!

This vacation home in the Village of Stump Sound is located approximately 5.2 miles south of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge or 3.6 miles north of Surf City high rise bridge. You'll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Sea View Pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Sneads Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Overall, very nice accommodations! Plenty of space and lots of natural light. Only things that could be improved on - vacuum cleaners did not do well with sucking up all the sand that accumulates on the floor and the broom provided had seen better days. A new broom would be useful. Also a better working coffee grinder would have been great. However, overall we were very pleased with our stay and had a great vacation!

Patient Tide is a very nice property. It's attractive both outside and inside. The decor is very typically "beachy", but some of the wall art was very nice, particularly some of the local landscape pictures. The property manager was very responsive when we reported a problem with the garbage disposal and solved the issue to our satisfaction.
We had a really relaxing stay. The beach near the house is outstanding. For our first stay in Topsail Island, we thought we had a great place.

Really nice place. We enjoyed the subdivision, beach access was good, and the pool was better than most. The house was spacious, loved the kitchen and common areas. Bathrooms were okay, showers were the weakest feature, compared to several other houses we've rented in the area. Overall an excellent place to spend a week.

There were several things that need to be updated and/or repaired on this property.
Stove/Oven broken - drawer is literally laying on the floor
Dishwasher only works on light wash
Shower heads need to be replaced
Table is so over used it’s gummy
Upstairs bedroom door to deck doesn’t stay closed unless it’s locked and let’s mosquitoes in.
All appliances have been painted to appear nice.
