About this house rental
BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! Fully Renovated Vintage Trailer. Very stylish and spotless. Relax by the fire pit with gourmet coffee and listen to the waves in the distance. A 15 min. walk or a 2 min. car ride to the beach. Pet friendly. Super attentive onsite Host for excellent service. Bedrooms with yummy linens, comfy beds and room darkening draperies. WIFI and a smart TV. We are always updating on the interior with designer touches thru out. Please read the entire listing prior to booking.

The home is located in a small but spacious mobile home park. There are 6 owner occupied homes and 4 additional short term rental properties. It is a quiet and peaceful location on a private drive.
The bus runs in front of the property on Highway 105, there are no Uber or Lyft drivers in the area. Bring your bikes or ATV if you wish.
PETS - If you plan to book with a pet there are strict pet policies that must be agreed to prior to booking. Any more than one pet must be approved in advance, all pets must be leashed at all times while in the park, and pets can never be left unattended in the home. All pet messes must be picked up from the yard prior to leaving.

Cute as the pictures! Comfy beds, stocked kitchen for meal prep, very clean throughout, washer and dryer is a nice bonus, pet-friendly with a grassy area, games to play, and convenient location! The host is awesome with communicating! We will return!

Great decor, quiet, clean and very inviting. We were very pleased with everything. They thought of just about everything from a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great coffee pods and amazing communication.
