Summary:
This completely remodeled suite sleeps four with a chic, modern decor. It includes two full baths, a full kitchen, king in the master bedroom and sofa-bed in the oceanside suite, not to mention the breathtaking view of the beach below.
The Space:
Sea Gypsy No. 326, which we've nicknamed “Shore Thing,” is one of the Sea Gypsy's more deluxe living spaces. There is hardly a single square foot in this spacious condo that has not been remodeled and upgraded in the past two years.
Shore Thing enjoys a spacious front room, where the beachfront suite is not encumbered by a bed. It is adorned with plush new furniture, including a comfortable pullout sofa that packs away during the day for more wiggle room.
The kitchen has been remodeled with new countertops and upgraded fixtures. The entire condo was recently repainted and re-carpeted. Along with a full kitchen comes two full bathrooms and a master bedroom in the back with a king bed. While this condo has more deluxe amenities than most, it’s still that picture perfect view of the beach from your front windows that draws most guests here. And because 326 is on the third floor, there isn’t a better view in the building.
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.
Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.
There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Code given for entrance didn’t work - had to call and get new code. Upon entering with groceries for our 9 day stay, discovered puddle of water on floor in front of frig and dripping inside, not cold enough. Also light in kitchen flickering and very low light. Called property management and they said someone would come the next day, which didn’t happen til we’d been there 6 days. My husband got frig to work by adjusting temp but had to have a pan in frig to catch continuing drips. Also discovered living room TV had constant lines across screen and then got worse - could only see half the screen.
They did get a new TV installed the day before we left!
Also no screens on front window so couldn’t have window open due to bugs getting in.
Have stayed at Sea Gypsy before in a different unit and all was wonderful. We will NOT be staying in this unit again.
