About this house rental
Nestled in the pines just off of Hwy 9, just a couple minutes south of downtown Breckenridge. This beautifully appointed and updated mountain home is the perfect home away from home for your holiday getaway. 3 levels of spacious living, modern kitchen, 2 King bed en suites, and 3 living areas give both a menu of gathering areas, as well as luxurious privacy. Wander outside to ample seating on a large entertaining deck with a gas grill. Secluded below is a modern, private hot tub, covered from the snow, but with plenty of horizon to still watch it fall.
The lower level gathering area has easy parking level access, a whole rack of boot warmers, a beautiful shuffle board table, and even a rinse basin. The family room as a brand new 55" ultra high definition TV, plush seating, and a gas stove for the cozy winter movie-night. LL bedroom has a Queen bed and a shared bathroom with the family room. Go up a level to the main floor and find+ soaring ceilings, modern architectural touches, a fireplace and massive flat screen. The open floor plan allows the fun in the living room to flow into the dining area and updated, fully stocked kitchen. Wander up the stairs to a lovely loft, with cable lined rail overlooking the living room. A small wet-bar gives a place for the snacks and a fresh brew of coffee while you shoot pool. Pull out the sofa bed in the nearby den for the extra guest needing privacy, or wander around the corner to the massive master suite complete with cathedral ceilings, flat screen, King bed, beautiful modern bath, and even an adjacent nook with 2 twin beds for the little ones who just can't leave mom and dad. :-)
The home has a full modern, main floor laundry, 2 car garage available to guests, with additional parking for 3 more vehicles if needed. Between the 6 HD flat screens in total, the large private hot tub, pool table or shuffle board, and beautiful features and touches at every corner. You WON'T want to leave!
