As you enter, you'll find a welcoming mudroom and gear storage area. The main living space is filled with natural sunlight and features a cozy fireplace, creating a peaceful respite from the world. The spacious kitchen has windows on two sides and looks out into the open concept dining and living space.
The downstairs bunk room offers a cozy spot for kids to rest after a day on the trails. Meanwhile, adults can retreat to the upstairs main bedroom suite, where skylights above the bed provide a view of the stars.

The property exceeded our expectations, it was very spacious and had plenty of room for our group! The communications with the hosts were top notch. They allowed us to use the parking far before checking in so we could ski and just walk back for our stay. The location was only 5-10mins from the nearest lift with flat elevation which coming from a skier is a huge bonus. Also, for post skiing, we thoroughly enjoyed being in the town of Telluride to explore all the restaurants and bars just a short walking distance away! Last tidbit, the property was just one street over from the grocery store which was super convenient not having to move vehicles during our entire stay.

Beautiful property, perfect location, Curate Property Management team was very responsive. Excellent shuttle service (Tellurides) to Montrose for early departures

Great location and very comfortable. Loved the large dining/living room area for a large group. However needs lots of updating for the price. I’m o one could get the TV to work and there were no instructions. Downstairs bath had steady drip. Coffee maker had no pot. Overall was not very clean.
