South-east facing, this spacious 3-bedroom semi-detached family home is ideally situated in a community with large communal gardens and beautiful swimming pools.
The house itself offers a front garden with a private parking lot/drive-in made of cement, and with space for two cars to park.
The main floor is distributed as follows: hall, guest toilet, a fully equipped modern kitchen with laundry room, L-shaped living-dining room, with fireplace and access to the terrace of more than 30 m² and private garden secluded by hedges.
On the second level, there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, two more bedrooms, both sharing a bathroom.
Through one of the bedrooms there is access to the very private roof terrace/solarium.

Jul 25Family of 5. Nan, parents and two teens. Accommodation was spotless, well laid out with ample kitchen equipment. Pool was spot on and just a few steps away. Parking was convenient outside the door and all was very private and lots of space to spread out into. Could do with a freshen up paint wise but perfect otherwise. Great location for us as we had a car and got to explore all that the coast had to offer. Only downside was the living room tv. Bit small for me but enough for a quiet movie night, if you can get it to work that is. Hubbie is a tech wiz so after a bit of find he managed some magic which mere mortals wouldn't be able to do. I would suggest an update on this.

The location and the house is fantastic. Very clean! The host (Aurora ) was very very nice and helpful. She was quick to answer all questions . All my best recommandation.
