Charming corner townhouse in a group of 4 townhouses, on a very quiet street in Sitio de Calahonda, in the “La Cornisa” urbanization.
South-east facing, this spacious 3-bedroom semi-detached family home is ideally situated in a community with large communal gardens and beautiful swimming pools.
The house itself offers a front garden with a private parking lot/drive-in made of cement, and with space for two cars to park.
The main floor is distributed as follows: hall, guest toilet, a fully equipped modern kitchen with laundry room, L-shaped living-dining room, with fireplace and access to the terrace of more than 30 m² and private garden secluded by hedges.
On the second level, there is a large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace, two more bedrooms, both sharing a bathroom.
Through one of the bedrooms there is access to the very private roof terrace/solarium.
The “La Cornisa” complex, in Andalusian village style, is one of the most recommended urbanizations in Mijas-Costa as it has spectacular garden areas and swimming pools; It is just 5 minutes by car from restaurants, bars and shops and about 10 minutes from the beach.
