#101 is a refreshed ground level corner unit with ensuite bathrooms in all three bedrooms. The bedrooms have split king beds which provide the option of two twin beds or a king. The living room has a spacious seating area with a wood burning fireplace. An upgraded kitchen with dining area makes it an easy option to dine in. Outside there is a wraparound balcony.
Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. We loved our stay at this condo overall. Great location to walk to all of central Aspen. Check-in was nice and easy, staff very nice, and the unit is well kept. The first floor location is great for families with strollers and gear, albeit a bit noisy when sleeping with windows cracked in the summer (no A/C) with many buses passing through the local corner late in to the night. We would give this property 4+ stars, but the beds are very uncomfortable as other reviewers have reported. They are old and hard, with poor quality pillows and bedding. It really isn’t just a preference thing as we hoped - they’re bad. I would urge the owners to consider a small investment (any bed-in-a-box foam mattress would be light years better) to fix their #1 negative review item. If so, we will be back again soon!
