It is 80m2, has 3 bedrooms, 1 separate toilet, 1 big bathroom with washing machine, outdoor shower and private garden of about 70m2 and private terrace of 80m2. The apartment also has access to large communal garden with swimming pool.
Lerici is a scenic town with nice boulevards, beaches, restaurants, shops, cinema, golf club, tennis clubs, public swimming pool etc.
Close to tourist attractions in Liguria are the Cinque Terre (5 Terre), Parma, Genoa, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Rappollo, Lerici, Tellaro, San Terenzo etc.
