Spacious & Comfortable Self-Catering Apartment in Leven – Perfect for Families, Workers, and Holidaymakers
This well-equipped, self-contained apartment in Leven is ideal for families, business travellers, contractors, or anyone looking for a comfortable base while exploring Fife. With four bedrooms (1 twin and 3 singles), a cosy living room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom, the apartment offers everything needed for a relaxing and convenient stay.
Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, fresh bed linens and towels, a washer, Sky TV, and free on-street parking. You’ll also find local information leaflets and guides in the apartment to help plan your days out – whether you’re discovering the nearby fishing villages of Crail and Elie, heading to St Andrews for world-famous golf, or enjoying boat trips to Inchcolm Island from the picturesque East Neuk.
Centrally located, the apartment is just a short drive from many of Fife’s top tourist attractions and offers easy access to Scotland’s other major cities and landmarks.

The apartment has a number of information leaflets to help guests find things to do as well as free wifi so booking restaurants etc can be done easily online. I am available by telephone should guests find there is anything they need help with in the apartment.
Methil is an old dock town and used to provide living apace to dock workers and coal miners from the many mines in Fife. There are local shops and cafes nearby, however, a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) will provide access to Leven town centre for supermarkets, restaurants etc.
There are bus stops on the main road outside the apartment which are served by buses going to nearby Leven, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy.
Guests will be required to complete an online check in form and can select either to secure a damage deposit or purchase damage protection insurance via our third party guest chekin app.

A very nice comfortable flat as a base for joining our family celebrations nearby. The stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues and this should probably be mentioned in the description. Having said that we managed fine with some extra care and the bedroom on the same floor as the bathroom was useful. We had everything we needed and Peter was great to communicate with. Would happily stay again.
