About this house rental
373 Pike is a great home for entertaining your family or group of friends. With 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms you’ll have plenty of space for all. On the ground floor you’ll find the game room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
The open floor plan and spacious kitchen on the second floor makes it easy to host dinner parties and gatherings. The large windows bring in lots of natural light and offer great views of the surrounding nature.
Enjoy the outdoor space with a lovely yard and patio, perfect for outdoor BBQs and relaxing evenings. The hot tub is available upon request for an additional fee.
The spacious and open layout of the game room makes it the perfect place to gather with friends and family for game day parties, movie nights, or just hanging out. The game room is equipped with a full fridge, dish washer, bar, ice maker, two 65 in TVs and one 40 in TV over the bar. There is a regulation size pool table and bumper pool. With comfortable seating and a wet bar for drinks and snacks, 373 Pike`s game room is the ultimate hangout spot for both sports enthusiasts and casual entertainers.

The only reason I couldn’t give an overall 5 stars is due to this house was listed as 5 bedroom 4 bath which is correct but it is not listed that the down stairs does not have indoor access from down stairs to upstairs. With that being said, this house was large, had nice yard, and the golf carts were wonderful.
