The Cottage In Foresthill On Main Street, in walking distance to wedding sites

Conveniently located in Foresthill with offstreet parking. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen lacks pots and pans (one small sauce pan and small sheet pan) and the refrigerator is not full-sized. Good spot if you aren’t planning to cook, but you’ll just need to plan ahead if you’re hoping to. Host is responsive, but handles issues through someone else locally. There were ants in a few different places in the cottage when I arrived, and someone brought by ant bait the next day but there weren’t any scissors to open them with. Fortunately there was some spray under the sink that seemed to keep them contained.

This is a perfect spot if you are attending a wedding in Forest Hill. Easy walk to the venue and nice and quiet at night for sound sleep. The cottage had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Location is great, easy walk to venues and local shops and restaurants, but not noisy. Nicely equipped kitchenette and comfy seating. The bed was comfy too. Parking was easy. Overall my stay was pleasant. But. I would have liked fewer cobwebs in the corners and on lamps. And the sliding glass doors in the shower came off the track easily so that was awkward. The wifi never did work despite resetting the router.
