Our fully furnished UPSCALE condo on the 3rd floor (via ELEVATOR) has a penthouse view of the QUIET pool and features a most desirable northern exposure. The Unit is fully equiped with BEACH TOWELS, COOLERS and a BEACH UMBRELLA.
Our completely UPDATED unit is loaded with many upgrades. Tom’s place was perfect for a week long getaway. We’ve stayed at Bonita Village many times before and knew what to expect as far as cleanliness and communication - his place was right up to par with our expectations. He stayed in contact with us throughout the trip and answered any questions we had. Upon arrival, I noticed the place was out of trash bags. Tom made sure to have some delivered right away! He has a level of commitment that makes him a great host. The unit has plenty of beach towels and equipment; the bed was comfortable; and the furniture was clean. Overall a 10/10 stay at an incredible price for the location. We will rent from Tom again!

Our host Tom went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He always made himself available to answer any questions and make sure we were comfortable. The unit was exactly as represented in the pictures and well cared for. We look forward to staying again in the future.
