About this house rental
Quiet, private location by the ocean, Kayak across the bay and explore white sandy beaches and coves on Man-O-War Cay and Moriah Harbour Cay National Park. Fish the flats just in front of the property one of the best area for bone fishing. Relax around our gazebo and sundeck right at the water's edge or go for a swim in the clear turquoise water just in front of the gazebo.
Bay View vacation rentals location is perfect; it’s away from it all, only a car ride from George Town (7 miles) the capital of Exuma.
This two conjoined units is perfect for small family or couples who just want to get away from it all. You can rent one unit or both units depending on the size of your group. Each unit contains two bed rooms, One room with a queen bed and one room with a queen and a double beds. One bathroom with a bath and shower, the full kitchen has modern amenities including fridge/freezer, stove, micro-wave, coffee maker and much more. The lounge/dining area has a dining table that seats four and a breakfast counter that seats two, a large sofa and love seat with WiFi internet TV.
All rooms have ceiling fans and are fully air conditioned, at back of the unit there is a BBQ Grill and a small wash room with a washer and dryer. At the front of the unit there is a large patio with lounge chairs and a gazebo at the water's edge for you to relax and appreciate the view.
The owner is a professional bonefish guide, so if you want expert help and a guide for the day ask for “Charlie”. Kayaks are available Free of charge for your enjoyment, 6 Cars (Toyota Corolla Axio) and a 15ft Boston Whaler with a 85hp motor are available here at the property for RENT.

Absolutely amazing property and host. The location was great. Your own beach area right out your front door. Man-O-War Cay is very short boat or kayak ride away. The lazy river is just a short boat ride away. Close proximity to drive down to little Exuma and explore all the beaches it has to offer. We can't wait to make a return trip.

Our family absolutely loved our time at this property. The host was wonderful and the villa was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. The proximity to the water and amazing views were unmatched. Kayaking over to Man of War Cay everyday and exploring the sandbars and empty beaches was one of our favorite activities. Coffee every morning on the dock while watching the turtles, tropical fish, and visits from a lemon shark daily was incredible. Being able to slow down and reconnect with our family in such a beautiful, safe, and peaceful place was priceless. We are a family of five with three boys and they were never bored. They would paddle board or fish everyday. It was so nice to be able to rent a car from the host for the week. We only made a couple of trips out to the grocery store and then spent a day exploring the beaches of Little Exuma (gorgeous), but could have spent the entire week right here. I’m still thinking about Exuma and already planning our return trip back next summer here!

Charlie is the best! House was clean and well-appointed. Beautiful view of the bay…spotted dolphins and turtles! Lots to explore nearby and Charlie attends to your needs! Even filled our tire with air before we left for the airport. Perfect spot for bonefishing with Charlie’s bother - Drex Rolle, who puts his boat in right there!
