About this house rental

You have just discovered the perfect home to get away to for your family for stay-at-home isolation in these uncertain times. It has a beautiful front and back yard for the kids and pets to play along with a refreshing pool to enjoy these warming days. Inside has 3 large bedrooms and two full baths and plenty of areas for Mom and Dad to set up a work space or to set up the kids for learning or homework. Due to the Corona Virus, we’re following both Airbnb and CDC guidelines for our cleanings and taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations for your safety.

Our 3 bedroom two bathroom home sleeps 8 comfortably, and with formal dining room and FULLY equipped kitchen making memories with family and friends is effortless. Take advantage of the beautiful California sunshine and enjoy the fully enclosed backyard and completely fenced front yard with SWIMMING POOL, (our pool can be heated for an extra $75.00 charge per day,) outdoor dining, and string lights for the perfect ambiance. Have a glass of wine or cold beer in our eclectic living room, with custom wall art installation meticulously laid out to make watching the game a winning experience… when you are not ACTUALLY at the Rose Bowl Stadium! The pool was heated for us and it was genuinely warm. We used it all the time. The property is really big and generous. The floors were pretty dirty but nothing a mop sorted out. The washing machines and tumble dryers were great- so good we are buying the same ones. The area is amazing. Really safe and cool. The devastation from the fires is a few hundred yards away and it’s truly humbling. We will be sure to stay here again. Communications were great. Thanks for letting our family stay and have such a great time in LA

As so many other reviewers stated, Gina was such a wonderful host. She contacted us in advance to let us know the pool might not be ready given the tragic wildfires in the area. She worked closely with the pool maintenance company to ensure that it was. When we commented that there was a base, but not an umbrella by the pool, the following day a new umbrella arrived. Her responsiveness was outstanding. We had a lovely visit with our family and enjoyed our stay.

We had to evacuate due to the Eaton Fire. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home. It felt like home, was super comfortable, spacious and decorated perfectly. It was easy to check in and we truly enjoyed every moment - even under the circumstances. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay in Pasadena—walking distance to Rose Bowl Stadium, which is what we were in town for. A few blocks from coffee shops and a great breakfast taco spot! We spent a lot of time by the pool, which is a beautiful area. The hosts were friendly and communicative, and the house had everything we needed.

This place is a real hidden gem. You might think it’s a modest cali bungalow from outside, but simply walk in and you won’t believe how spacious it is! The decor is stylish but welcoming and the oversized L-shaped sofa is probably the most comfortable I’ve ever encountered. And the backyard poolscape offers everything you could ask for. Just play it safe and bring your own sunscreen… We didn’t and my stubborn husband was lobster-red for date night - his own fault entirely 😂

It was all as I expected. It was clean and comfortable. Gina, the property manager, was very attentive to any questions we had and checked to make sure our check in process was seamless. The neighborhood was less than desirable but when inside we felt very safe. It was nice to have a driveway for parking. Overall, very happy.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the 210 freeway. We took walks in the neighborhood. There is a nice front yard and backyard with a pool. We did not use the pool. The kitchen is well-stocked; there are plenty of pots and pans. We found the kitchen spacious enough to make a Thanksgiving dinner. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of water pressure and the water heated quickly. The bathrooms may have been updated d-i-y as the faucets turned backwards and were quite awkward. We enjoyed using the gas grill (connected to a gas line) and ate meals outside by the pool. Although the neighbors had a wild Thanksgiving party complete with a bounce house and microphone, the windows are insulated well enough to cut down the noise. Streaming was very slow and cut out often perhaps due to the televisions so we streamed on computers. It was a little inconvenient not having a closet to use in the master, but we did not use the third bedroom and were able to use the closet there. The biggest problem we had was that we were asked to allow several workmen to access the backyard. A plumber came to replace the water heater. First, he came to measure and then came another time to install a new unit. However, someone had lost the key to the gate that led to the heater, so we had to allow a locksmith access as well. On top of that, the manager lost contact with the pool equipment and we were asked to reconnect that. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing stay.

This house is spacious and charming, well laid out and appointed, comfortable climate control, and the pool and deck area is very nice. Beds were comfortable. House clean, neighborhood is safe and charming, near the Rosebowl, and grocery stores <10 min away. BYO pool toys- the ones there have seen better days. But it’s hard to find any fault with this lovely house, one of the best we have stayed at. We would love to come back.

We brought our 10 and 7 year old girls to CA for the first time, and this house was perfect! The pool was a fantastic addition, especially since we were visiting during a heat wave! The pool deck does get really hot in the sun, so we had to use towels and frequently move the umbrella to make it useable for the kids. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This is my second time staying at this property. I stayed here a year ago and had a wonderful time. This time was the same superb experience! Check in was smooth and simple. Pool and yard are great. I personally like that there wasn’t random things everywhere, it gave my family (toddler) tons of room to run around and I wasn’t constantly making sure he didn’t grab things he shouldn’t have. I agree with a lot of reviewers saying the beds are awful, they really are, bring a blanket to put down to soften them up but the rest of the house is so great that I would plan for that and definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice home. It was clean and the layout is good for a group — nice spacious living area, nice large dining room, enough bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice outdoor dining and living space. We used the pool daily.

This house needs some TLC. Minor maintenance issues have gotten overlooked. Albeit the issues are minor, but as they add up they become an irritant. Grill did not work (needs new regulator), ice maker broken, light in refrigerator doesn't work, light over the stove doesn't work, windows filthy, floors leave bare feet bottoms black ( they asked you not to wear shoes in house) and the dishwasher doesn't drain completely because the drain pipe and filter filled with trash. Place could be great with a modest amount of effort. The pool area and outside seating area is super. Not much shade during the day, but the outside dining is shaded by the garage late in the day. Perfect for outside dining. If you do decide to rent this, make sure everyone is water safe, pool is deep. Also bring an antenna if you want to watch local news. We will not be back.

This home was perfect for our family of 4 that was trying to get away during COVID to a fun home to hang at. We walked in and the house was very clean helping us feel comfortable. Communication was great and response time was fast. The house was beautiful, relaxing and the couch was super comfy and perfect for our family movie nights. We enjoy cooking on vacation and did find that some basic kitchen equipment was missing, but not a big deal. The backyard was were we spend a bulk of our time. The pool was nicely kept and there were some nice pool floaties available to use. The backyard is in full sun until early evening so having more than one umbrella in the backyard would be nice. Overall, this place was a delight and we wouldn’s hesitate to book again

This is a great property, and rental experience was excellent. Pool was lovely, inside of the house is great, and it allowed us a needed escape from lockdown in the summer of '20. Only (tiny) quibble is the memory-foam mattress in the master bedroom wasn't the best. But a great time all around.

We loved our time at the house. From the moment we walked in we felt a sense of calm and relaxation. The pictures on the site are good but it’s even better in real life. Our kids loved the pool and didn’t want to get out. No matter what we did during the day it was always a treat to come back “home”.

We were in Southern California due to a family emergency and needed a place to stay. This property was absolutely gorgeous but most importantly felt very safe. The house had been scrubbed from top to bottom so that our family didn't have to worry at all while we stayed there. Gina, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and went made sure that we felt comfortable. I would highly recommend this property and will stay there again.
