About this apartment rental
Come enjoy our beautifully decorated third floor unit in Beach Resort, with Gulf views from our private balcony. Beach Resort was built in 2006, small 64 unit property, with a fabulous 5,000 sq. ft bi-level infinity edge pool, and 9,000 sq. ft. of deck pavestone for your enjoyment. The complex is across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The Beach Resort has 300 feet of private deeded beach access just a short walk away. We provide FREE beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes the daily setup of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs.
Master Bedroom & Bathroom: King bed and a 50” Flat Screen TV with a private bathroom.
Kid's Bunkroom & Bathroom: Kid friendly bunk room with a twin over full bunk well as a 37” TV. A split barn door provides privacy.
Living Area: this professionally decorated, non-smoking unit includes a designated garage parking spot, free high-speed wifi, 50" flat screen TV, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen creating a lovely sophisticated vacation destination.

The unit was great and very clean. Check in and check out were seamless and communication with the hosts was perfect. We have loved coming to Beach Resort for many years and have tried out a lot of units. This one was stocked well with everything our family needed. I appreciated all of the extra storage with practical dressers, bathroom storage and kitchen and pantry use (and thank you for installing a ton of towel hooks around the unit - there are never enough and yall put in a ton!) Beach Resort is the best place for a family with quick and easy access to the beach and the best pool and hot tub in the area. We'll be booking again next year. Thank you Adam and Jennifer for a wonderful stay!

This is our 4th year in the same condo and we love it just as much every year! The condo owner is very responsive, appliances are updated, and the unit is very clean. Thank you as always!

This might just be my new favorite place to stay in Destin/Miramar Beach. The condo was clean and well kept, the private beach is about a 3 minute walk and the daily beach service with chairs and umbrella was a perk I never knew I needed, but for us the best part of the whole deal was the amazing heated pool and hot tub! The parking garage was also a nice added perk. The host was very responsive and helpful. I stay in the area 2-3 times a year and will definitely be booking here from now on.
