Situated in the quiet Golf Course neighborhood, it's just minutes from downtown Vail Village. The in-town ski bus stops across the road, providing convenient access to town and the gondola every 10 minutes, making it perfect for skiers seeking proximity to the action while enjoying mountain tranquility.
During the summer, it's a quick 10 minute bike ride to downtown, with some of the best Vail hiking and biking trails nearby. The kitchen features new marble countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. With its spacious layout, this home is perfect for accommodating multiple families. WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 14 people.
- Parking: 3 outdoor spaces.
- There are no indoor parking spaces.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

This house was perfect for a girls weekend in Vail. Easy walk to the village with an option to take the bus if needed.
The house was very clean and well stocked to make lovely dinner.
Communication was top notch with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Aspen Pointe is a beautiful, spacious modern property that is perfect for a big group of friends or family. The 6 bedrooms with 6 en suite bathrooms allow everyone to have their own space and privacy. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV which we didn’t use - but nice to have! We would have preferred another king bed room as opposed to three rooms with multiple twin beds, but it’s definitely good for families with several kids sharing rooms. As noted there is only one king bed, so other adult couples will have to share a double/queen bed. All the linens are clean and white and everything feels very hotel like which I definitely appreciate in a rental property. The kitchen is great with two large refrigerators and all the kitchen tools/plates/flatware/glassses etc that you would need. The appliances are all updated and modern, with the exception of the coffee maker. I would strongly suggest the owner replace the current maker with an easy to use Nespresso or Keurig. The coffee maker spluttered and leaked/overflowed most of the times we used it , and became quite a mess. While the house is great for families, it is not necessarily toddler/baby friendly. Lots of stairs and wide openings that make it tricky to install a standard baby gate. We used the converted garage/kid room as the area our toddler could hang out in which worked well.
The deck is nice for outdoor dining and grilling, with a massive hot tub that we enjoyed.

Beautiful house. Loved having in-suite bathrooms. All brand new. Kitchen very well equipped and spacious. No air conditioning in this house so we bought fans. The main complaint for us is the furniture is low to the ground. Loved the walking distant to town. About 20 min. We would go back.
