This is large studio located on the 6th floor. It has a comfortable king size bed, a living area with a 55' HDTV, a large dresser, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The dining area has a table with 2 chairs and a buffet cabinet for extra tableware storage. The efficiency kitchen has a sink, a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware and tableware for 4.
Origin at Seahaven Resort is located across the street from the Gulf of America. It has easy access to the beautiful white beaches of Panama City Beach. This unit is on the 6th floor. The building has 4 elevators, covered parking, fitness room, poolside grilling, arcade, on-site laundry room, a huge heated zero edge swimming pool and a hot tub overlooking the gulf of mexico, and an in-house movie theater. It is minutes away from pier park - a 900,000 square feet family entertainment complex with shopping, dining, amusement park. It's walking distance to see the dolphins at gulf world marine park, a short walk to many golf courses, putt-putt golf, jet ski rentals, fishing, boating, sailing and lots of other great vacation activities!

It was good. The room was clean but there were a few amenities lacking. Nowhere really to hang towels to dry, fridge struggled to get and stay cold, no smart TV for those who like to rest at night with their favorite show (cable and DVD only) and the room probably could update its statement of “sleeps 4”. Should probably read that it sleeps 2 adults and the pull out sofa bed will sleep two SMALL children. My two boys (12, 14) were pretty uncomfortable each night with the mattress in the sofa bed. Other than that it was a nice stay.

This is the most gracious house we’ve ever had. We stayed in a lot of places and never have we had such a welcoming arrival. While we were there, I sit in the chair and accidentally broke it. I hope to God that we can go back.!!

Had a wonderful family trip to Panama City Beach. We stayed at Origin, Chon was a great host, he and his wife were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean, neat and comfortable, if felt like a home rather than a hotel, and to make it even more welcoming, Chon gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. They also stopped by the night we checked in to drop off some spare towels which was really thoughtful. Chon gave us lots of info on the area and was available if we had questions or needed anything. I would recommend staying here and hope to visit the area again to stay at his condo again in the future!
