The stay was a good stay over all. Location was very good, The reason for the one star for overall stay. The proepery mangers know already. The for cleaness as you walk in the door it had a very strong oder of cleaning solution

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Location was great!!! Not very clean especially for the cleaning fee that is charged! We booked with Padre Escapes when we visit the Island before different locations and have never had an issue so not sure what happened???
