About this house rental
Cosy, rustic cottage "Chalet Ninette", 1'300 m a.s.l., built in 1970, renovated in 2012, surrounded by trees and meadows. Above Eischoll, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 100 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property, meadow. Barbecue. Motor access to 100 m from the house. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at 100 m. Grocery 500 m, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Raron, Bahnhof" 6 km, railway station "Raron" 6 km, thermal baths "Brigerbad" 18 km. Cable car 500 m, ski lift, chair lift, ski school 100 m, sled run 50 m. Nearby attractions: Stockaplperschloss Brig. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Eischoll-Unterbäch. Hiking paths: Moosalp Region, Augstbordhorn, Suonenwanderungen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Comfortable and cosy furnishings: large kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)) with dining nook and radio. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: large living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, digital TV, flat screen and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room 6 m2 with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 100 m. Please note: non-smokers only.

Das Chalet ist nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen, bietet aber einen fantastischen Ausblick und liegt direkt an der Skipiste. Voraussetzung ist, dass es genügend Schnee hat;-)
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben die Ferien im Chalet Ninette sehr genossen.
Für wen ist das Chalet nicht geeignet:
- Leute, die ein grosses Skigebiet mit reichhaltigem Aprés-Ski Angebot suchen.
- Leute, die gerne ihr Auto vor die Einfahrt parken.
- Leute, die ein pulsierendes Nachtleben suche

In diesem wunderbar gelegenen Haus haben wir uns gut erholt und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht.

Der Innenbereich dieser Ferienunterkunft ist hervorragend. Der Aussenbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt keinen Sitzplatz, der diesen Namen verdient. Der ganze Umschwung ist mit Gras und Unkraut überwachsen. Der Fussweg (ca. 100 m) zum Häuschen ist kein Weg, sondern eine Grasnarbe. Ein Rollkoffer kann nicht verwendet werden. Fazit: der Aussenbereich bedarf einer gründlichen Sanierung.

Das sanft und doch modern renovierte Chalet ist sehr gemütlich. Die Lage an der Piste sehr gut, jedoch der Zugang schwierig, bei Ankunft war die Piste eine einzige Eisplatte, schwierig mit noch kleinerem Kind (2J.).
