The unit is within 3-5 minutes walking distance to the clubhouse, which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, and 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and a huge shaded playground (Restaurant and pool in season only). 135 slip boating dock.
Parking in front of unit on 1st come 1st serve basis.

Communication was good. The steps and sidewalks getting down to the unit were treacherous especially at night with no lighting! The unit needed some cleaning—trash and dirt on rugs and we found several nails and a fish hook on the coffee table. Also, the shower in the master bathroom leaked badly on the side next to the sink cabinet. Shower head dirrection was changed, but it still leaked. We had a wonderful time because we were with good friends, but these were concerns.
