We loved the location and the back porch area of the house. It rained the entire 4 days we were there, but sitting on the covered porch was nice. Beautiful back yard with fruit trees and flowers. The house was well stocked with everything we needed as well.

Everything was great and went according to our plans!! Hoat was very responsive and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Would book this house again if I need a place in Napa!

The property was average at best. The home could have been cleaner from silverware drawers, appliances and furniture covers. The sofa cover was so bad we had to remove it . Front door pad lock system didn’t operate correctly would not lock when exiting. One Smoke alarm battery was low ( 2020) and continued to go off during the night. I would not stay here again for the listed price.
