About this house rental
You're in the tropics... listen to the waves, rest, relax or fish, kayak and snorkel, if you wish to lose a few pounds. Three bedroom, two bath home, with direct ocean access, boat parking at the back door. Sunrise view, ocean breezes. Fully furnished, linens, cable/internet. This home is on a compound, we also have several one bedroom units as well as 2 bedroom. The perfect spot for large groups! Square Grouper restaurant and bar in the is down the street. Lower Keys Shuttle to Key West just steps from the home. Come and stay with us, you're sure to have a wonderful vacation.

It was ok.. The good: the house was very clean. The not so good: the house could use some updating. The mattresses need to be replaced, the AC in the front bedroom never worked for me. The ocean front bedroom has no blinds or curtains on the large sliding glass door. If you are an exhibitionist you will love it. The washing machine sounds like it is gonna to tear the house down on the spin cycle. The small pop up toaster doesn’t ever pop up the toast even if you set it on lowest setting. You will definitely burn some bread. The toaster oven sitting on the counter, door doesn’t stay shut. I had to lean something against it to keep it shut and even then it didn’t work great. I never used either of the 2 ovens so can’t really say if they worked or not. The coffee maker doesn’t work at all. If you are planning on bringing your boat just be aware that the bay out in front of the house is very shallow. We have a bay boat so it does well in shallow water. But if you are bringing a bigger boat I am not sure how you would get in and out of the bay. Like I said, it was okay but we will never stay again.

We were a group of two adults, one teenager, and two children. The house was perfect for us. It was spacious, had private spaces for quiet time and communal spaces for togetherness. The kitchen was fantastic with views of the water and sunrise--lots of windows. The screened porch allowed for bug-free family dinners. The property's pool was sparkling clean and refreshing and the private dock with chairs/lounge was idyllic.

It was a very quiet area. My family and I had a wonderful time. The place was clean, and had good amenities. I would book this place again 100%
