PLEASE NOTE: Starting in the fall of 2026 (Sept 14th - Feb 20th, 2027) - NOT on the weekends – there will be construction in the building and periods of loud noise during business hours (Mon – Fri), as the exterior walkways are repaired and resurfaced.
As a result, rates have been reduced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The grounds were nice, staff was polite and the room was perfect for me and my husband. The elevators were always available, no long waits and the boardwalk to the beach was nice. I highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful condo! Beautiful beachfront view! Everything viewed online was accurate. The only reason we did not leave all 5 stars is because the sheets, pillowcases and comforter was not clean. We had to wash these items upon arriving. The pillows on the bed were old and stained. New bed pillows are needed. Other than that the condo itself is nice with a wonderful view.

The condo was nice but there was only one roll of toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towel, no garbage bags, and no coffee filters. Also, after we checked out, we realized we left a part of our small ice chest and messaged the host about it, and offered to pay for shipping if they'd return it to us. They replied with a sarcastic message about us not appreciating our weekend and worrying about frugal matters. I thought that was very rude.
