This is a one bedroom with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bathroom has a shower. Professionally decorated. Cute little fenced and private back yard with barbecue and seating. Located less than three blocks from entrance to Simpson Arena and very close to Rancho Rio if you need to board a horse and/or rope.
