Condo was clean and accommodating. The views are non existent unless you are on the top floor, and the front door lock malfunctioned a few times. Otherwise, clean, cozy, and a spectacular location. Quick access to beach walkway. Even say a turtle trying to access our bottom balcony and a family of rabbits in the yard. Would recommend again.

Property was private with a lot of outdoor space. It was an easy drive to downtown St Augustine. Pool and hot tub were well maintained.

Communication was prompt. Location was great. Very close to the walkway to the beach. Amenities list was not the most accurate, though the manager did provide item once we asked for it.Biggest issue was the cleanliness of the unit. It wasn’t dirty per se, but it just felt kinda
